CCG has completed the supply and installation of 327 PVCu window sets for Partick Housing Association.

Covering 47 residences over a nine-week programme in the west end of Glasgow, the high-performing Tilt and Turn windows will deliver improved thermal performance and security for tenants.

Partick HA’s chief executive, Stewart MacKenzie, said: “Our tenants are delighted with their new windows. CCG has done a great job in working with us to deliver this window replacement programme, on time and within budget. We are continuing to invest in improving our properties, providing warm and comfortable homes for our tenants across Glasgow’s West End.”

CCG’s in-house manufacturing division uses PVCu profiles supplied by leading polymer provider, REHAU UK.

They are assembled entirely, including all glazing, ironmongery, and paintwork, in the firm’s advanced manufacturing hub in Cambuslang before being installed onsite by its planned maintenance division Asset Management.

CCG Asset Management manager, Jim Cunnigham, said: “The advantages brought by using our PVCu windows speak volumes. They are durable, stylish, and fully Secure By Design Accredited, but the installation process is as equally fundamental to a successful contract, and this is where CCG excels through our complete supply and installation service.

“From the pre-start property evaluation process to the day-to-day management and engagement with tenants, we pride ourselves on being as efficient as possible while maintaining quality standards.

“This approach was paramount during the cold spells our team faced during the winter period, but they performed diligently, and we thank Partick HA (and their tenants) for their support during the programme.”
