Roselea Court, which has since been sold to a recognised care operator, will offer residential, nursing and dementia care services for people over the age of 65 with an enviable range of comfort and amenity afforded by 50 private en-suite beds, a champagne bar, cinema, hair & beauty salon, café, dining facilities and private gardens.

The development has been created in partnership with the Glasgow-based contractor CCG (Scotland) and is the latest to have been delivered to the ‘MCCG Standard’ of build whereby a turnkey design solution is supported by advanced construction methods to achieve enhanced quality and energy performance characteristics.

Since commencing works at Roselea Court in 2020, MCCG and CCG have since launched a joint venture company and have submitted planning for a further three developments.

Mr Sokhi states that the company’s early success bodes well for future development in Scotland.
