CCG to commence second year of planned maintenance with Maryhill Housing
CCG Asset Management is set to commence a second phase of planned maintenance with Maryhill Housing.
The planned maintenance and plumbing division of the CCG Group commenced year 1 of the two-year programme in January where a total of 129 properties at the Cumlodden Estate received new PVCu windows and external doors. Year 2 comprises of a continuation of these remedial works to an additional 75 properties.
The Cumlodden Estate planned maintenance workstream has been procured via Procurement for Housing.
CCG Asset Management manager, Stephen Riley, said: “Year 1 of our planned maintenance programme went very well. Our team were diligent in their approach ensuring that the installations were all completed to the highest standard of finish and year 2 will be more of the same. We look forward to continuing our work with Maryhill Housing as we move into the latter stages of the year.”
Maryhill Housing CEO, Bryony Willett, said: “Despite the difficulties caused by the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we are delighted that CCG is now able to commence the next phase of this programme. We are very much looking forward to the future and working together with CCG to deliver these improvement works for our customers living in the Cumlodden Estate.”
