CGC unveils £11.6m order book and UK expansion plans
City Gate Construction (CGC) has got 2019 off to a flying start by revealing it has an £11.6 million order book.
The healthy beginning to the new year comes on the back of an impressive year of success in 2018.
And this year CGC said it anticipated it would extend its reach even further across the UK.
The firm is already undertaking construction and refurbishment work as far south as Devon.
Managing director Leo Reilly predicted 2019 will be a year of further growth.
Leo said: “Last year saw CGC record significant expansion and we anticipate more of the same this year. What has propelled our success has been winning work across the United Kingdom and we expect this situation to continue.
“We also undertake significant work closer to our Paisley and Ayr headquarters notably from local authorities and housing associations. We are increasingly looking to expand our order book across Scotland and south of the order.
“The £11.6m represents the healthiest-ever order book with which we have gone into a new year. Our exceptional staff have played a key role in this success.”
