Clark Contracts refurbishes the University of Glasgow’s summer
Clark Contracts has delivered ten summer refurbishment projects across the University of Glasgow’s Gilmorehill campus between May and August.
The projects, delivered by Clark Contracts Small Works division, range in value from £60k to £500k and include both internal and external refurbishments.
The largest project involved the refurbishment of the university’s Category B listed, Southpark Terrace Student Accommodation, comprising the refurbishment of 12 flats, including bathrooms and kitchens.
Other projects included roof repairs and the internal refurbishment of the Isabella Elder Building, office refurbishment works within the Rankine Building, external repairs at Hillhead Street and Great George Street and various room refurbishments within the Joseph Black Building.
Clark Contracts has been appointed on the university’s Minor Works Framework since 2006 and has delivered projects within all buildings located in the University of Glasgow’s Gilmorehill Campus.
