Colaren Homes wins Premier Guarantee Development of the Year

The announcement was made at the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards which celebrates the best developments covered by Premier Guarantee schemes across the whole of the UK.

Colaren Homes is now amongst a select group of housebuilders which has taken home a prestigious Excellence Award.

The ceremony was held at the Heron Tower in London on October 18 and the award was presented by BBC presenter Dan Walker.

In presenting Colaren Homes with the highly-coveted award, Premier Guarantee’s judging panel said: “If you want to see timber-frame construction at its best, then visit Scotland and Colaren Homes.
