Details: The works are to the two storey main sheltered housing building and adjacent single storey cottages. The main scope of works comprise re-covering of pitched and flat roof areas, associated flashing works and replacement of eaves and gable fascias and soffits, and of rainwater goods and the fabric repairs to the external walls. The buildings are to remain water-tight at all times, the Contractor is only to remove an area of existing roofing which can subsequently be made water-tight in the same day.
