There is a tight timescale for completion of these works (end March 2017) therefore, whilst bidders are permitted to bid for all three lots, the maximum number of lots that a bidder can be successful with will be limited to two. If a contractor is evaluated as preferred bidder for more than two lots, they will automatically be excluded from the lowest value lot.
