Details: Refurbishment & Conversion Works at 1-6 Girvan Cres, Newmilns. The works will entail – the conversion of 6 in a block to 3 terrace houses. The works will include the internal fitment of mid-floors with supporting steelwork, updates to the electrical systems, heating and plumbing systems. The refurbishment will also include the installation of new kitchens and bathrooms, new doors, windows, facings, linings and skirtings. Included in the works will be the creation of any new internal partitions, the re-decoration and external upgrade to the immediate surroundings and gardens.
