Details: It is a category-B-listed, former hospital building that was converted into an office in 1994. The boilers, flues and primary pumps date to 1994 and require replacement. The secondary pumps were recently replaced with new units, but these require to be connected to the BMS for automatic control. Stripping out and replacing the equipment in the boilerhouse will form phase one of the project.
