Details: NHS Lothian are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified principal contractor with the express purpose of reconfiguring existing office space on Levels 2 and 5 at Waverley Gate, Waterloo Place, Edinburgh to provide a new Executive Management Suite, additional meeting room and to increase the open plan office capacity.

It is intended that the works are undertaken over several phases as the remainder of the office will remain fully operational for the duration of the project.
