Details: Phase III of the upgrade of existing heating installation. Phase III of the upgrade will concentrate on improvements to the heating distribution system in the Abbey. Works will comprise; removal of the existing pipework and 6 radiators in the Abbey and installation of a 2 pipe distribution system and 10 radiators with new valves. Works will also include removal of 2 calorifiers in the ‘Warren’ below the kitchen and associated pipework modifications.

Details: Works required within this project is to undertake an electrical upgrade of Inchinnan Primary School,. Works that are required to be undertaken within the project include but are not limited to:

-Undertake a re-wire of the school, including (but not limited to):

*new light fittings,

*electrical distribution boards,

*new external lighting,

-Replacement of existing CCTV cameras & the installation of some new CCTV cameras, and

-Construction of new suspended ceilings mainly within existing corridors.

Works at the school are scheduled for commencement in late June 2018 with project completion by early August 2018
