TENDERS
Contract Authority: Scottish Enterprise
Details: During Feb/Mar 2018, a series of storm events inflicted significant damage to the coastal protection at SE’s Energy Park Fife (EPF), removing it entirely in some locations along with an adjoining access track. Erosion damage was also caused to the adjacent site and adjoining gabion basket retaining wall resulting in its partial collapse.
As a responsible landowner and to effectively manage Health and Safety on the site, this commission will seek suitably experienced contractors to implement the works designed by our consulting engineers.
The works involve the importation of stone armour boulders as well as reclaiming as much as possible of the remaining defences and forming a more robust protection solution.
