Details: UWS has acquired a 35 year lease on the three Eco Campus Buildings at Hamilton International Park; 25,000sq.m GIA. HFD Group; the developer, is currently undertaking the shell and core and Cat-A works together with the construction of a new street atrium to link the three buildings.

Practical Completion for the overall works is expected in August 2018.

UWS is planning to undertake Cat-B enhancement works and Cat-C fit out works during the period January to June 2018. The new campus will open August/ September 2018.

Details: The SPS wish to enhance the internal environmental controls to designated areas within HMP Dumfries.
