TENDERS

Contract Authority: North Ayrshire Council

Details: North Ayrshire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced professional service providers for a variety of professional consultancy services to North Ayrshire Council, as part of a new professional services framework agreement. The services provided will be delivered in North Ayrshire including the islands of Arran and Millport.

This encompasses a range of multi-disciplinary engineering and construction consultancy services used by the Council. The professional service providers will be required to undertake a wide range of activities related to each of the services. The scope of services is divided into 20 lots.

It will be a requirement of the framework that bidders must have the appropriate qualifications and memberships(or equivalents) as detailed in the tender documents for each lot they submit a bid for. Due to the multiple qualification requirements across all 20 Lots this cannot be individually listed in this section. Please refer to the ESPD Guidance Document where full qualification requirements are provided.

The framework agreement will commence 1 September 2020 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend up to a further 1 year.

Contract Authority: LHC for the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA)

Details: LHC is currently planning a re-procurement of our schools and community buildings framework and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations to enable LHC to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our early market engagement activities.

The scope of the re-procurement will be to replace our popular schools and community buildings framework and will be for the provision of construction services for new build, extensions, and refurbishment of schools and community buildings. The new framework will encompass a full turnkey solution i.e. design, supply, install, and commission of both permanent and temporary modular buildings.

As part of this call for market participation, we are looking to engage with both roofing manufacturers and contractors/installers to help inform us in our development of the future framework.
