Details: LHC is currently planning a procurement of a framework to replace our existing pitched roofing framework and also our flat roofing framework and is seeking expressions of interest from suitable organisations (both manufacturers and installers of roofing systems) to enable LHC to enter into discussions and gather feedback from the market about our plans from the upcoming procurement as part of our early market engagement activities.

The scope of the re-procurement will be to replace our popular roofing replacement frameworks and will cover the design, supply, removal of old and installation of both flat and pitched roofing systems and associated works, as well as flat to pitch roof conversions and associated specialised building works.
