Details: Dumfries & Galloway Council will be carrying out a new build extension to Noblehill Primary School and Nursery, Dumfries which will include but not limited to the construction of a new build storey and a half extension, link through to existing school, and demolition of existing nursery block upon completion of the extension.

The new build extension is generally timber frame, with some allowance for steelwork to support plant room. Full M&E provision, including but not limited to, new small power & data, new internal & external lighting, new heating system & pipework, hot & cold water services are required to extension, with allowance for disconnection from existing nursery and re-connecting to existing school systems. Floor coverings, decoration, outdoor playground also required.
