TENDERS

Contract Authority: Highlands and Islands Enterprise

Details: Highlands and Islands Enterprise and the University of the Highlands and Islands are proposing to construct a new shared development, the Life Sciences Innovation Centre [LSIC], on plot 15 of the Inverness Campus. The current proposals equate to circa 2,450 m2 with UHI acquiring circa 1,100m2, HIE acquiring circa 1,000m2 and a central shared facility of circa 350m2. Associated parking provision, service areas and external storage facilities are provided.

It is expected that the NEC4 ECC Option A contract will be awarded in March 2021 with a completion date of no later than June 2022.
