Details: The project works generally consist of the provision of new LTHW heating plant with new boilers, flue systems, pumps, valves etc., and DHW heating plant with new non-storage DHW plate heat exchangers including alterations to existing domestic cold/hot water services, and new pressurisation plant all to support most efficient operation of new heating plant. As part of the project works the existing Building Management System (BMS) shall be removed and a new open protocol system installed. The existing extract fans shall also undergo monitoring integration into the new BMS panel.
