TENDER

Contract Authority: North Ayrshire Council

Details: NAC require a contractor to carry out reactive maintenance to aluminium door and windows within non-domestic properties, due to the high volume of repairs required. Most of the works are for property security and/or escape routes, i.e. fire doors which is an increasingly common repair that cannot be done in-house.

It is anticipated 25% of repairs will fall under priority 1, and the contractor must attend site within 2-4 hours.

The contractor will be expected to contract under a measured term contract. A draft copy of the measured term contract has been uploaded to the portal in order to give contractors an understanding of what is required and the expected volume.
