Details: The Reactive Repairs contract will be for a period of 5 years; it will initially run for 3 years and then will have the option to extend for a

further 2 year period at Ochil View Housing Associations discretion and agreed on an annual basis.

The works comprise of the reactive repairs to occupied homes and void repairs to empty homes. This also includes a full out of hours

repairs service, 365 days a year. All trades should be provided (e.g. joinery, plumbing, electrical, building and roofing work).

Contract Authority: Stirling Council

Details: Stirling Council has a duty under the Flood Risk Management Act (2009) to inspect, maintain and repair flood sensitive assets to mitigate against the effects of potential future flood events. The Council also has a duty to homeowners and businesses in known flood areas to protect them from damage as a result of any council constructed asset failure. Should a property flood as a result of a Stirling Council constructed asset failure there is a cost to the Council in the form of a claim for loss.
