Details: The Contract primarily involves the replacement and installation of new windows to existing West of Scotland Housing Association properties throughout Charing Cross, Glasgow for newly obtained stock following the acquisition of Charing Cross Housing Association in August 2022. The Contract will be undertaken over one phase of work during financial year 2022-2023. The properties included within the Contract are located in a conservation area within the west end of Glasgow Although the properties included within the Year One programme at 42-66 South Woodside Road are not grade listed, West of Scotland Housing Association may instruct window replacement works to grade listed properties within their ownership during the Contract. West of Scotland Housing Association have submitted Planning Applications to Glasgow City Council and the successful Contractor will be required to comply with the terms of the Planning Decision Notice issued by Glasgow City Council for 42-66 South Woodside Road.
