Details: The pavement along the east boundary of the site has been replaced with a grass verge and swale below. This has been included to align our proposals with the infrastructure planning approval, under which these works will be carried out. The junctions, pedestrian crossings, road narrowing’s, and tree positions have been adjusted to tie in with the neighbouring sites. The shared surface area between blocks 10 and 12 has been reduced in size to accommodate the raised table to the north which will form the connection with two of the neighbouring sites. The road along the west boundary of our site is to extend 500mm into the neighbouring site, to tie in with the neighbouring proposals which have shown a 5.5m wide road in this location, rather than the 5m road we have proposed. The site boundary has not changed.
