Details: Due to the impact of COVID-19, the Hotel has commissioned a new design for its guest bedrooms to support deep cleaning and minimise the risk of infection. The Hotel has an imperative to upgrade 51 bedrooms for all client groups including conference delegates, corporate guests and in particular patients pre surgery. The project has a completion date of on or around the 19th March 2021. All bedrooms must be completed by then and handed over to the Hotel. This date will be confirmed in due course.

Contract Authority: Renfrewshire Council

Details: Renfrewshire Council wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the removal of the existing central median to provide an additional northbound right turn only lane at the junction of Renfrew Road and Netherhill Road in Paisley. To accommodate this, the existing carriageway is to be realigned and widened into the eastern footway. Amendments to the existing drainage are also required. At the junction of Renfrew Road / Netherhill Road, a full refurbishment of the existing Traffic Signals will be undertaken and, to improve the pedestrian facilities throughout the junction, the existing traffic islands are to be removed and reconstructed to provide wider crossing facilities. Elements of ducting are required to support the refurbishment of the Traffic Signals whilst also ensuring that SCOOT technology is continued throughout the Renfrewshire network
