Details: Aim - Refurbishment upgrade of existing shower rooms within the Bruce & Wallace Wings at Castle Huntly.

Objective - Upgrade the four section shower facilities with a design that fully meets building regulations and reduces future repair and maintenance requirements.

Background - The existing shower facilities within the section areas of Bruce & Wallace Wings require upgrading to minimise future repair and maintenance costs. There are four shower areas to be refurbished, each consisting of two shower cubicles and one wash hand basin. Flooring is concrete with existing drainage and each shower cubicle raised on a timber plinth (minus one area within Bruce wing). The floor area of each facility measures approximately 7m squared.
