“Being afforded a place on a tender list has never been an easy feat, but akp are thrilled to continue to be approached and considered for a huge proportion of the major office fit outs in Glasgow and Edinburgh, and with the third quarter of 2023 having seen continued momentum in Scotland’s major office markets, and despite prevailing economic pressures, developing relationships with many of these blue chips firms has stood akp in good stead.

“This is demonstrated within the Skypark, McLellan Works, SWG3, Lochrin Sq and Haymarket Sq developments where akp have worked alongside the landlords and tenants directly for years, and in the case of Skypark for over 15 years, delivering spaces and refurbishing properties providing occupiers with environments that will increase collaboration, drive increased productivity, and attract and retain the best talent.

“So, what’s in store for 2024… It’s been a positive first full month back with encouraging activity, and we have been exploring exciting automotive schemes as well as some long-term partnerships that will take akp well into 2030. We look forward to sharing details and photography of our £13m of contracts wins in the coming months.

“But for now, if I was to pick one phrase that reflects the ethos of the akp family I would have to say Business is all about relationships, how well you build them determines how well they build your business.”
