CRGP Limited announces trio of promotions
Architecture, surveying and interior design firm CRGP Limited has announced a trio of promotions as David McIntosh, Connor McGinley and Gareth Merser take up new roles.
David McIntosh has been promoted to the board as an equity director of the practice. He joins Derek Brown, Bryan McFadzean and Richard Walker on the board and will contribute to the ongoing management and future strategy of the business.
In his 20 years with CRGP, Mr McIntosh has developed from a trainee architect, through senior roles into associate and project director positions. He has delivered, and continues to create, buildings and projects of note across many different sectors, including housing, commercial, education, leisure and the energy sectors.
Connor McGinley has been promoted from associate to the position of project director. He has been with CRGP for nine years, quickly qualifying through his Part 3 exam, and has played a significant role in the development of CRGP’s work in the insurance reinstatement sector.
Gareth Merser has been promoted from associate to the position of technical director. In over 20 years with CRGP, he has developed as a graduate technologist to the company’s lead in large and complex projects delivery. In the education and, especially, defence sectors he has managed highly complex projects from inception to completion.
In leading the company’s IT and cyber security infrastructure, Mr Merser also played a leading role in ensuring the operation of the practice continued almost without break during the recent challenges of lockdowns, cyber attacks and most recently a catastrophic fire which destroyed CRGP’s entire IT infrastructure.
