Cruden invites local businesses to ‘meet the buyer’ event in Edinburgh
Housebuilder Cruden is calling on local businesses and SMEs to attend its upcoming ‘meet the buyer’ event later this month for a landmark new housing project, Silverlea, in Edinburgh.
Silverlea is being delivered by Cruden on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council and is part of a £1.3bn regeneration of a well-connected, sustainable new coastal town at Granton Waterfront. This landmark net zero development will bring 142 energy-efficient apartments to the local community, built across a mix of four-storey, two-storey and colony blocks.
The one-hour ‘meet the buyer’ event will kick off from 9.30am on Tuesday 21 November at Edinburgh College Apprentice Lounge. Local construction businesses will have the chance to hear all about the upcoming plans for Silverlea, meet with Cruden’s senior team, and share their own expertise in a bid to support the delivery of the project.
All local construction businesses are welcome to attend the event. Cruden is especially interested in speaking to those specialising in timber frame, facing brick, flat and traditional pitched roofing, air-source heat pumps, electrical vehicle charging, landscaping, PVs and internal finishing.
Those interested in attending can drop in on the day or register their interest in advance by contacting info@crudenhomes.co.uk.
