Having won an award for its Eskbank Gardens development two months ago, the development of modern family homes in Kirkliston has now also received a prestigious ‘Quality Recognition Award’ from warranty provider Premier Guarantee.

Judges visited Foxhall Gait to assess the standard of site management, workmanship, health and safety and site tidiness, all of which they were hugely impressed by.

The development, which consists of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, was launched in February 2022 and is situated just a few miles from Edinburgh’s iconic Forth Bridges near South Queensferry.
