Deborah Bruce joins Avison Young from The City of Edinburgh Council, where she gained development, valuation and transactional experience in and around Scotland’s capital city. 

Deborah has a particular focus on residential and mixed-use developments, viability appraisals and consultancy and will work closely with Avison Young’s established agency and planning teams in Scotland.
