The new accolade recognises exceptional commitment, skill development, and contribution to the team, highlighting Dale’s hard work and dedication as a key member of the Persimmon East Scotland apprenticeship programme.

Dale, who is currently undertaking an Advanced Craft Bricklaying course, is one of only three apprentices across the whole of Persimmon in Scotland to be selected for this prestigious programme. His outstanding progress, professionalism, and passion for learning have made him a standout apprentice in the region.

Dale’s journey with Persimmon East Scotland began two years ago, and since then, he has shown exceptional promise. He works across various sites in East Scotland, helping to build high-quality homes, while gaining valuable skills in bricklaying under the guidance of industry experts.

Kevin Ferris, Persimmon East Scotland construction director, said: “We are delighted to present our inaugural Apprentice of the Year award to Dale. His dedication to his trade, combined with his strong work ethic and commitment to learning, makes him a role model for other apprentices.
