The Hilltown Leisure Park will comprise 10-pin bowling, a kids’ play gym, indoor golf and amusements, and a bar and restaurant.

Initial designs of the proposal were unveiled by Brunton Design’s Alan Mudie in October 2019 ahead of the application submission.
Announcing the planning approval on the practice’s website, Mr Mudie said: “Today we learned that our application for planning approval for the Hilltown Leisure Park has been granted.”
Dundee’s Hilltown is undergoing a major regeneration of late with Robertson Partnership Homes delivering 162 new homes at Derby Street on behalf of Hillcrest Homes and Dundee City Council as well as Caledonia Housing Association and Discovery Homes planning 40 mixed-tenure homes in Rosebank Street.
Mr Mudie added: “We are delighted and I’m sure that this facility will be a success as well as helping to enhance the ‘new’ Hilltown.”
