Together the members of the Greener Futures Partnership own 300,000 homes across the UK. These consist of a variety of stock including Victorian street properties, post-Second World War estates and modern developments.

Lizzy Westmacott, ECD associate director and regional head of sustainability, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the GFP Decarbonisation Framework.

“We are currently working on the retrofit of 8,000+ social homes across the country, at various stages and to differing depths. This gives us a unique experience of the challenges of retrofitting at scale including working with large numbers of residents, managing large quantities of information and ensuring the accuracy for every dwelling. We maintain efficiency by designing for archetypical homes and integrating PAS 2035 requirements into our design process.”
