Eight Taylor Wimpey site managers in West Scotland win NHBC awards

Eight Taylor Wimpey West Scotland site managers from its developments across the region are celebrating having each won a prestigious national housebuilding award – their best collective regional performance in Scotland in this prestigious annual competition.

Out of more than 8,000 Site Managers from around the UK, each of these award-winning site managers is one of 443 who have been recognised for their dedication to building high quality homes.

Taylor Wimpey West Scotland’s NHBC (National House Building Council) Pride in the Job Quality Award winners are:



  • David Morrison (Benthall Farm Affordable, East Kilbride)
  • Ross Laurie (Willow Gardens, Kilwinning)
  • David McClure (Westfield Gate, Maidenhill)
  • Colin Hurren (Hawkhead Gardens, Paisley)
  • Scott McNulty (Duncarnock, Barrhead)
  • Mark Brodie (Dargavel Village, Bishopton)
  • David Cunningham (Maidenhill Affordable)
  • Scott McCreadie (Torrance Park, Holytown).

Each of these site managers progresses to the Scottish regional awards final later this year to find out who is the best of the best in Scotland.

For over 40 years, Pride in the Job Quality Awards have been highly regarded in the house-building industry. Awards are presented following a rigorous judging process by NHBC inspectors and the recognition these eight site managers have achieved gives homebuyers the assurance that the homes in these locations are of the highest quality.
