Emtec helps deliver Glasgow’s newest student accommodation project

Emtec Building Services has completed works on a new student accommodation project at Glasgow’s New City Road.
Working with Ogilvie Construction, Emtec was responsible for the full design, supply and installation of all the MEP services, BREEAM and Fire Engineering.
Located within Glasgow’s Charing Cross area, the building for True Student consists of 315 high-quality rooms in a mix of individual studios and shared apartments with associated communal areas as well as a gym and cinema rooms.
An Emtec spokesperson said: “This was a fantastic team effort from Emtec and Ogilvie Construction to complete the student accommodation on time for the new students moving in.”
