The Villages are each designed with community in mind and this year’s Christmas events were the perfect opportunity to bring local families together.

Residents were treated to festive hot chocolate from a local stall and a special visit from Santa Claus himself.

Jordana Young, community engagement coordinator, said: “It was wonderful to see so many people from the local communities come together to embrace the festivities and meet Santa Claus! In developing these Villages we have created new communities, and our annual Christmas events are a reminder of our commitment to the neighbourhoods in which we build to create warm welcoming homes and active communities.

“We received fantastic feedback from many of the families that came along, that the event offered the chance to come together with their neighbours and forge special memories with their families this festive season.”
