Experienced duo launch new Glasgow fit-out and refurb business

Michael Harrison and Gary Scott

A new fit-out and refurbishment company has been launched in Glasgow.

Bellendaine is the new venture from Michael Harrison and Gary Scott, who between them have a combined experience of more than 30 years of industry knowledge and expertise.

Gary Scott, who has led numerous significant fit-out projects across the UK, including the recent Virgin Money fit-out in Scotland, launches Bellendaine with a strong reputation for building effective working relationships. Over the past five years, he has overseen more than £100 million in projects, working with clients such as Trinova, the MOD and Skills Development Scotland.

Michael Harrison, with his background in business development and commercial interiors, complements Gary’s technical skills. Michael has previously worked with clients including Stelmain, Wheatley Group, and Willis Towers Watson, and will focus on building key partnerships for Bellendaine.

Headquartered at Baltic Chambers in Glasgow, Bellendaine aims to offer a collaborative and supportive approach to fit-out and refurbishment projects. Michael and Gary are committed to providing high-quality services that not only meet client expectations but also foster a positive working environment for all team members, including subcontractors.

“We want to ensure that every project is a collaborative effort where all parties feel supported and valued,” said Gary Scott.

Michael Harrison added: “Our goal is to simplify the construction process for our clients by anticipating challenges and providing solutions that save time and money.”

Bellendaine is working on a number of office refurbishment projects in Glasgow and Edinburgh whilst having recently completed upgrades at Turnberry House for Glasgow landlord Stelmain, transforming the space into a fresh, contemporary environment.
