Flats plan unveiled for Alva bank building
A planning application to convert a former Alva bank into flats has been submitted to Clackmannanshire Council.
The developer wants to transform the former Bank of Scotland site, located at 148 West Stirling Street in Alva, into new homes.
The site, which has been empty since the bank vacated the premises in 2017, will be turned into flats facing out onto West Stirling Street, the main road through Alva.
A site plan and proposed changes have been submitted to the council’s planning department.
