Both companies are well established ground engineering contractors specialising in the installation of piling, foundations, geotechnical solutions and retaining structures.

The new alliance will enable both Aarsleff Ground Engineering and Northern Piling to expand in a highly promising market and offer a full range of ground engineering services, from small local projects to major national work, and everything in between.

Under the deal, Northern Piling will remain piling within Scotland, with Aarsleff Ground Engineering providing the geotechnical services and/or retaining structures, to complete the foundation package offering.

The companies have also entered into agreement that they will offer their joint service for ground beam and foundation solutions in Scotland only.
