Glasgow approves plans in principle for new homes at Yorker

Glasgow City Council has approved an application by JR Construction Scotland Ltd seeking permission in principle for a residential development at Bulldale Street, off Yoker Ferry Road.

The large, former industrial site was the subject of pre-application consultation last year, which is a requirement for ‘major’ developments, which in the case of residential applications means 50 units or more.
