As a hybrid firm, Diamond & Co provides both commercial building consultancy and fire engineering services across all sectors to both public and private clients, commercial property landlords, tenants and funds.

Diamond & Co has secured a letting at 140 West George Street, owned by Legal and General. The 1600 sqft space has been fully fitted out with the latest IT technology. Mr Kerr added: “The office space is plug and play so it was a seamless move for us on the 25th. All infrastructure and IT was in place, so we were able to complete the move on the same day. We are conscious of our sustainability commitments, so being able to offer staff the option of cycling into work or using public transport is another big plus.”
