Glasgow commercial property management firm celebrates five years with new recruits
Commercial property professional Carol Morrison has celebrated five years in business by expanding her Beacon Brooke team with two new full-time employees.
Jill Armstrong, who has more than 12 years’ experience in commercial property management finance, joins as head of accounts.
The business has been further strengthened with the appointment of John-Paul Longmuir, a commercial management surveyor who brings over 14 years’ knowledge and expertise to the team.
Glasgow-based Beacon Brooke provides a bespoke commercial property management service and despite the difficult retail landscape over recent years, the business has grown to work with a number of private clients with a portfolio across retail, office and industrial sectors.
In celebrating five years with her own business and having previously spent eight years at Jones Lang LaSalle and five years as head of property at a leading fast fashion retailer, Carol is well connected and vastly experienced in understanding client needs and understanding commercial property.
John-Paul joins the team as a senior management surveyor with a client portfolio who have praised his knowledgeable approach and informative manner.
Speaking of the business growth plans, director Carol said: “It’s a really exciting time for Beacon Brooke; many of our clients are based in London with a presence across the UK, therefore I am looking to double the size of the Beacon Brooke portfolio over the next three years across our key sectors and by expanding our geographic area.
“With both Jill and John-Paul on board we are able to take on more clients and still offer the personal service that I have built the business’ reputation upon.
“John-Paul is well respected in the market and comes highly praised for his attention to detail, and having worked with Jill for a while, my clients are all delighted to have her in the team – she very much keeps the financials all organised and really understands our clients’ needs.”
