Govanhill reappoints City Technical Services as gas servicing contractor

Govanhill Housing Association has reappointed City Technical Services (UK) Ltd to carry out the Association’s gas servicing and safety checks, through a Procurement for Housing (Pfh) Scotland call-off contract.

The contract is set for an initial term of four years, with an option of two further one-year extensions.

The Association looks forward to working with City Technical Services (UK) Ltd to keep our 2800 properties safe and warm while delivering a first-class service for our tenants. Last year, City Technical Services achieved a customer satisfaction rate of 97.5%.



Keith Kintrea, Govanhill Housing Association chair and local resident, said: “We are pleased to continue our partnership with City Technical Services who will carry out vital gas safety checks on behalf of the Association. City Technical Services offer continuity and value for money, as well as demonstrating a high level of customer service.”
