Located in the city’s Overgate Shopping Centre, situated in the former Debenham’s store, FRASERS Dundee will span three floors covering 65,000 sq ft and include Sports Direct, USC, Evans Cycles and GAME.

GRAHAM is now underway with works which are anticipated to complete in spring 2025. Once unveiled, the new FRASERS store, featuring beauty concessions, will be based on the ground floor and Sports Direct - incorporating USC, Evans Cycles and GAME – will spread over the first and second floors.

The project will complement wider investment being made across Overgate Shopping Centre, which was acquired by Frasers Group in March 2023.

The contract win underpins GRAHAM’s impressive track record within the competitive retail sector and follows the completion of a new Sports Direct store in Boucher Retail Park, Belfast. The 35,000 sq ft store was transformed over a 26-week period and saw the creation of a modern sports retail destination in a vibrant shopping area.

In a further appointment by Frasers Group, GRAHAM will also fit out the new Sports Direct store in the Trafford Palazzo shopping centre, Manchester.
