Maxwell Court has been designed by LMA Architects on behalf of Dickie & Moore Homes within The Village conservation area and takes the form of a single block at the junction with Threshold.

A planning statement from the housebuilder reads: “Our decision to create a limited range of luxury apartments in The Village conservation area felt like a rather bold move, as it would mean careful consideration of its historical surroundings, its charming architecture and its vibrant community.”

The development will be facilitated by the demolition of the existing Threshold Church.
