The properties on a vacant 2.5-acre grassed site in Kilmuir Crescent would be built by AS Homes (Scotland) in conjunction with the Association.

Twenty houses and 10 cottage flats are proposed for social rent along with parking spaces.

The Association is still working on some final details concerning the project and is looking forward to once again working with AS Homes. We are grateful of the ongoing support of Glasgow City Council and our private lender in relation to the funding of the new homes.”
