Growth fuels further expansion at Whitecross Building Consultancy
Chartered building surveyors Whitecross Building Consultancy has announced a further expansion with the appointment of senior building surveyor Greg Allan.
Greg joins the company from the City of Edinburgh Council and comes with a wealth of experience from a commercial surveying background.
Whitecross’ continued expansion has seen the business moving to larger premises in both Glasgow and Edinburgh in the past two months. Whitecross advises clients throughout the UK and provides specialist building consultancy and project management services across all sectors of the commercial property industry, from large industrial and office space to leisure and retail.
Recent projects include carrying out a survey and fit out of office space for The Richmond Fellowship (Scotland’s leading provider of social care) while also assisting them with advice on other existing and potential properties; monitoring fit-out works of both Hotel Chocolat and Epoch at Princes Square, Glasgow, on behalf of the landlord Redevco; and project managing an extension for AMRI’s existing pharmaceutical development and manufacturing premises at West of Scotland Science Park, Glasgow. In addition a number of complex CDM Principal Designer/Client Advisor instructions within the Distillery and Hotel Development field have been secured.
