A business and marketing graduate of Edinburgh Napier University, Mr McGuffie has previously worked for organisations such as Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

He will be working closely with business development director Stephen Lynas on all sales and marketing and work-winning activities across the group. He will also play a key role, working with human resources manager Amanda Cramb to successfully implement and manage community benefits obligations on projects throughout Scotland.

Mr McGuffie said: “I am delighted to be joining an exceptional family business that continues to grow year on year. I am thankful that I will be a part of this continued growth and am very much looking forward to a new challenge within such an exciting industry.”
