Hadden Group re-appointed on Perth and Kinross Minor Works Framework
Hadden Group has been re-appointment on the Perth and Kinross Council Minor Works Framework for the next four years.
The framework covers the whole range of public buildings including schools, residential and day-care homes, libraries, museums, community centres and offices.
The works involved will include new works, improvements, alterations, refurbishment and maintenance up to a value of £0.5 million on individual contracts and it is anticipated that £3m of turnover will accrue over the period of the framework. This appointment continues Hadden Group’s successful partnership with Perth and Kinross Council having been a mainstay of the previous framework since 2015.
Hadden’s General Works division will continue to be responsible for the delivery of framework referrals and are looking forward to building on our previous track record where we successfully delivered over 85 public building projects in Perth & Kinross.
The department’s growth is being maintained with the appointment of Steven Martin as general works manager in overall control and new staff including supervisors Alan Webster and Sean Rafferty, together with a range of new apprentices in joinery and bricklaying.
At present Hadden Group has a total of nine apprentices in its Skills Academy undertaking various trades within the company.
