Situated east of Edinburgh city centre in a prominent and visible site adjacent to the main railway line, the development is well located in relation to the University of Edinburgh and strategically situated in relation to the expanding student population.

Murray Warner, partner at Hardies, said: “This exciting project has allowed us to build on our experience managing the construction of 173 student studios in Aberdeen, which achieved a BREEAM Outstanding design award.

“We are working with Hackland & Dore, The Keenan Consultancy and Scott Bennett Associates to provide the studios for GHL in time for the student intake in the summer of 2019.”
